Items purchased directly from MotoCycler may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the package arrival date. All customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
This Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies only to items sold and fulfilled directly by MotoCycler — that is, listings where MotoCycler is the seller of record. These are the purchases whose order confirmations and receipts are issued by MotoCycler.
MotoCycler is also a marketplace where independent sellers, partner stores, and private individuals list parts, gear, and bikes. Purchases from third-party sellers are not covered by this Policy.Returns, refunds, and disputes for third-party transactions are governed by the applicable seller's own policies and our Terms of Service. If you are unsure whether an item is sold by MotoCycler or a third-party seller, contact us at the address in Section 9 before placing your order.
Eligible items purchased from MotoCycler may be returned for a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the package arrival date, as recorded by the carrier's delivery tracking confirmation. If tracking does not confirm delivery, the return window runs from the date the order was marked as delivered in our system.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:
Items that have been installed, used, ridden with, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a returned item does not meet these requirements; in that case the item will be made available for pickup or shipped back at the customer's expense.
The following are final sale and cannot be returned:
To request a return, email us at motocycleradm@gmail.com within the 7-day return window with the following information:
We will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization with return shipping instructions. Do not ship an item back without a Return Authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused at delivery and will not be refunded.
If your package arrives damaged, or the item is defective or not what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping, at no cost to you. Items reported damaged after 48 hours may be subject to standard return conditions.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at the address in Section 9.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge any time before the order is shipped. Once an order ships, the standard 7-day return process in Sections 2–5 applies. We do not offer direct exchanges; to exchange an item, return it under this Policy and place a new order for the desired item.
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights you have under Canadian federal or provincial consumer protection legislation, including statutory rights that cannot be waived. Where this Policy conflicts with a non-waivable statutory right, that statutory right prevails to the extent of the conflict. This Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, consistent with our Terms of Service.
MotoCycler may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. The version of this Policy in effect on the date of your purchase governs that purchase.
All parts and gear purchased through MotoCycler are used entirely at your own discretion and risk.
MotoCycler, including its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates, takes no liability and assumes no responsibility for any parts, gear, or equipment purchased through the platform — whether sold by MotoCycler or by a third-party seller. This includes, without limitation, any injury, death, property damage, mechanical failure, or other loss arising from the installation, fitment, compatibility, performance, or use of any purchased item.
Motorcycle parts and riding gear can affect the safety and roadworthiness of your motorcycle and your personal safety. Nothing sold or communicated through MotoCycler constitutes mechanical, safety, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying that a part or gear item is compatible with your motorcycle and appropriate for its intended use, and for ensuring it is installed, worn, and used correctly. We strongly recommend having parts installed and inspected by a qualified, licensed mechanic before riding.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MotoCycler's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. This section does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
